3 Ingredient Vegan Pancakes

GF / NF / SF / VG
Jump to Recipe

Yummy, easy, oaty 3 ingredient vegan pancakes with just three main ingredients!

What you need to make them

  • banana

  • oats

  • plant milk

  • cinnamon

  • mixed berries

  • brown sugar

How to make 3 ingredient vegan pancakes

Blend the oats in a food processor until a flour-like consistency has formed.

Add the oats, banana, milk and cinnamon and blend to make your batter.

Heat up a non-stick pan over medium heat and ladle in the batter to form your first vegan pancake. This batter should make about five pancakes.

Meanwhile, add the berries and sugar to a pan on a low/medium and gently cook over medium heat.

When small bubbles start to appear on the pancake, it’s ready to flip. Turn carefully with a spatula and cook the other side until golden brown.

Keep them warm in the oven on a low heat, or briefly microwave when all are cooked.

Serve up your vegan pancakes, and drizzle over the berry coulis.

Drizzle over some maple syrup for some added sweetness.

Try adding blueberries, chocolate chips or raisins to the pancake batter for a different kind of pancake! You can also add a tbsp of cocoa powder for some chocolate-y pancakes!

MY BODY DOESN’T TOLERATE OIL VERY WELL, BUT I STILL MADE THIS FOR OUR SUMMER PARTY AND I COULD NOT STOP EATING IT BECAUSE THIS WAS ADDICTING IT THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY. I SUFFERED THE CONSEQUENCES LATER THAT NIGHT BUT I WILL BE NEEDING TO MAKE IT AGAIN WITH A FEW MODIFICATIONS. So so delicious and such an amazing crowd-pleaser. I made mine with sourdough baguette. Just thinking about it now is making me salivate. I’ll be making this for years and years to come!
