  • 1 tin taco/spicy mixed beans
  • Half an avocado 
  • Brown rice 




  1. Put your rice on to cook. 
  2. When the rice is nearly ready, simply heat up your mixed beans ready to serve.
  3. Enjoy with some avocado, salad or a side of veg.
