CREAMY VEGAN NACHO CHEESE
Slather it on nachos, use as a dip, or pour it straight into your mouth

1/2 cup cashews
1 small garlic clove
1 cup plant milk
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp paprika
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
Some chopped jalapeños for topping
Soak the nuts in boiling water for an hour.
Drain and rinse the nuts, then add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and saucy, and top with the jalapeños.
Eat hot, or leave to cool!
Again, adjust the amounts of spice, and milk, depending on the flavour and consistency you like
