Easy Vegan Nachos
ingredients
Bag of plain tortilla chips (£0.46)
Half of 400g tin kidney beans (£0.15)
300g jar of salsa (£0.80)
Handful of jalapeños (£0.05)
Vegan cheese (£0.50)
method
Drain and rinse the kidney beans
On a large plate, add two or three layers of tortilla chips, topped with kidney beans, salsa, and vegan cheese.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Finish by topping with jalapenos, and dig in!

This dish costs a total of around £2, making it only £1 per serving!
If you’re not on a tight budget, you could add avocado to this dish to make it even more delicious.
