I make these every week, and enjoy them pre and post workout, or with a cuppa.

Oatmeal and raisin

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1-2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cacao and goji berry

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add all the ingredients from chosen flavour to a blender and blend until it comes together in a ball. 
  2. Remove from blender and roll into 4-6 balls.


  • Get experimental with these as you can make them whatever flavour you like. Just keep the dates as the base and get creative!
