EASY VEGAN CHIA PUDDING
Try this make-ahead breakfast for an easy breakfast to-go.

- 1/4 (40g) cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup (125ml) plant milk
- 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Nuts & seeds
Add in all the ingredients to a jar or container and stir.
Seal container with lid and refridgerate for at least 3 hours (I do this overnight).
When the chia puddings are set, add your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds and enjoy!
- Add whatever you want into this easy make-ahead meal, such as bananas or yoghurt.
- Chia pudding is great by itself, or on top of a smoothie bowl or with some granola and yoghurt.
