EASY VEGAN CHIA PUDDING

Try this make-ahead breakfast for an easy breakfast to-go.

ingredients

  • 1/4 (40g) cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) plant milk
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

toppings

  • Fruit
  • Nuts & seeds 

 

 

method

  1. Add in all the ingredients to a jar or container and stir. 

  2. Seal container with lid and refridgerate for at least 3 hours (I do this overnight). 

  3. When the chia puddings are set, add your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds and enjoy!


notes

  • Add whatever you want into this easy make-ahead meal, such as bananas or yoghurt. 
  • Chia pudding is great by itself, or on top of a smoothie bowl or with some granola and yoghurt.
