Easy Vegan Chia Pudding
ingredients
1/4 (40g) cup chia seeds
1/2 cup (125ml) plant milk
1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Nuts & seeds
method
Add in all the ingredients to a jar or container and stir.
Seal container with lid and refridgerate for at least 3 hours (I do this overnight).
When the chia puddings are set, add your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds and enjoy!
notes
Add whatever you want into this easy make-ahead meal, such as bananas or yoghurt.
Chia pudding is great by itself, or on top of a smoothie bowl or with some granola and yoghurt.
