Make a five minute lazy pizza using a wrap as a base!

  • Tortilla wrap

  • Tomato puree

  • Mixed herbs

  • Salt and pepper

  • Vegan cheese/nutritional yeast

  • Handful of tomatoes

  • Handful of spinach

  • Handful of olives



  1. Preheat your oven on the grill setting.

  2. Lay out your wrap and spread over a base layer of tomato puree.

  3. Sprinkle over some mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Mixed herbs will give it a real pizza taste so add plenty!

  4. Grate some vegan cheese, or if you don’t have it, some nutritional yeast, and top with tomatoes sliced in half, olives and spinach.

  5. Place under the grill for a minute or two, until the cheese has started to melt and the wrap is golden brown. Keep an eye as this doesn’t take long.
