Pumpkin Hummus
Make this delicious dip for this year’s Halloween party!
What you need
- (Optional) 1 medium pumpkin for serving
- 1 1/2 cups (~350ml) of pumpkin puree
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tin chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to make pumpkin hummus
Slice the top of a pumpkin approx 2/3 way up, creating a lid to your pumpkin. Remove and scrape out insides of pumpkin. This will act as the container to serve your hummus in if hosting a party. Feel free to skip this step and serve in a normal bowl.
Blend ingredients in a food processor.
Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.
Dish into serving pumpkin and enjoy with crisps and crudités for the ideal Halloween party dip.
