SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN SHAKE
High protein, packed with nutrients and tastes like a yummy milkshake!
prep time overnight total time 5 mins makes 1 smoothie
1 scoop vegan protein powder (I used Vivo Life salted caramel*)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup soy milk
Break up the bananas into smaller pieces and freeze overnight.
The next day, pit the dates and blend all the ingredients in a powerful blender* and enjoy.

*If you don’t have a powerful blender, use unfrozen bananas, or just allow them to thaw for half an hour to an hour before blending.
