SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN SHAKE

High protein, packed with nutrients and tastes like a yummy milkshake!

ingredients

  • 1-2 bananas

  • 2 dates

  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I used Vivo Life salted caramel*)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 cup soy milk

 

method

  1. Break up the bananas into smaller pieces and freeze overnight.

  2. The next day, pit the dates and blend all the ingredients in a powerful blender* and enjoy.
