3 Ingredient Indulgent Hot Chocolate

Mug (approx 1 cup/240ml) of non-dairy milk
30g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp cinnamon
method
Measure out your non-dairy milk* into your chosen mug (leaving a small gap at the top to account for the chocolate), and then pour into a pan over medium heat.
Break up the chocolate and add into the pan, stirring through. Add in the cinnamon and keep stirring to melt the chocolate. Be careful not to heat the pan too much as to boil and burn the milk. Keep it at a medium heat and continue stirring.
When smooth and hot, pour back into your mug and enjoy! I also like to grate some fresh chocolate on top!
notes
*I like to use sweetened vegan non-dairy milk to add a bit of sweetness, or alternatively, add 1 tsp of brown sugar or maple syrup.
If youβre using a big mug to measure, adjust the amount of chocolate accordingly.
