Ideal as a protein packed pick me up throughout the day!

prep time overnight total time 5-10 mins makes 6 bars


  • 1 cup (90g) oats

  • 1/4 cup (80g) maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup (65g) peanut butter

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used Vivo Life madagascan vanilla*)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup (60-65ml) milk

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup (40g) chocolate


method 1

  1. Add all of the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a food processor and blend until it comes together to form a dough.

  2. Chop up the chocolate into small chunks.

  3. Combine the dough with the chocolate and press into a lined baking tray and freeze overnight.

  4. Remove from tray and slice into 6 yummy protein bars.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • You could also roll the dough into little energy balls (just make sure to refrigerate the dough before rolling to make it easier).
