Vegan Protein Bars
ingredients
1 cup (90g) oats
1/4 cup (80g) maple syrup
1/4 cup (65g) peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder (I used My Vegan protein powder*)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup (60-65ml) milk
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup (40g) chocolate
method 1
Add all of the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a food processor and blend until it comes together to form a dough.
Chop up the chocolate into small chunks.
Combine the dough with the chocolate and press into a lined baking tray and freeze overnight.
Remove from tray and slice into 6 yummy vegan protein bars.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
You could also roll the dough into little energy balls (just make sure to refrigerate the dough before rolling to make it easier).
