Apple Crumble Baked Oats
Prepare ahead of time and bake your oats with some local and seasonal fruit to make delicious vegan baked oats. Plus it’s insanely cheap!
What you need
- oats
- plant milk
- apples
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
How to make apple crumble baked oats
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F
Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.Serve the vegan baked oats warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
This dish is super affordable, at only £1.30 for the whole dish and only £0.26 per serving.
It’s also the perfect meal to prepare ahead of the week, so you have breakfast for the next few days. It also works great as a mid afternoon snack or pudding in the evening as it resembles apple crumble so much!

- 710 ml plant milk
- 2 apples (chopped)
- 1½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt

Love this recipe! I meal prep these oats for breakfasts throughout the week particularly in winter months & warm a portion through on a morning .. I like to top mine with biscoff spread, fruits or a sweet freedom shot!
