Apple Crumble Baked Oats
ingredients
2 cups (~145g) oats (£0.15)
3 cups (~710ml) plant milk (£0.45)
2 apples (£0.70)
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F
Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.
Serve the vegan baked oats warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
