Maple Roasted Carrots
ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vegan butter
3 carrots
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt and pepper
method 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Add the oil and butter to a baking tray and heat up in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Chop the carrots into strips.
Remove the baking tray from the oven and add the carrots. Sprinkle over the cinnamon, drizzle over maple syrup and season with salt and pepper. Turn and mix everything together until evenly coated.
Roast in oven for 30-35 minutes, turning once in between.
