3 Ingredient Vegan Mac & Cheese

only three ingredients needed to make one of the best creations known to humankind

prep time 5 mins total time 15 mins serves 2-3


ingredients

  • 500ml unsweetened non-dairy milk

  • 250g macaroni pasta

  • 150-200g vegan cheese

 

method

  1. In a pan, bring the non-dairy milk to a boil.

  2. Add the macaroni, stir through, and lower to a medium heat. Keep stirring the pasta through occasionally to make sure it doesnโ€™t stick, until the pasta is cooked (approx 10 mins). If it needs a splash of extra milk/water, then add this.

  3. Remove from the heat. Grate and stir through the cheese until completely melted. Serve and enjoy this quick and simple Vegan Mac & Cheese!


notes

  • Like I mentioned in the method, donโ€™t hesitate to add extra milk or water if the pasta needs it. Everyone has a preference on how they like their pasta cooked, so just add some more milk if you would like the pasta cooked for longer, or if it has evaporated too much!
