An amazing Lebanese salad with fresh radish, tomato and, of course, bread!
Tempeh is a delicious plant based protein that is perfect flavoured with spices in a refreshing salad
Apple crumble is a classic British dish that I grew up eating and absolutely loved. During the late summer months, when apples are in season and the blackberries come out, you can enjoy the incredible dessert that is apple and blackberry crumble.
I adore chocolate, and will take any excuse to enjoy it in the mornings. Adding these rich flavours to a classic overnight oats recipe makes for a decadent start to the day without actually eating dessert for breakfast.
Using carrots in overnight oats may seem unusual to some, but trust me when I say it works! It’s not only delicious, but a great way to add an extra portion of your 5-a-day first thing in the morning, and include more micronutrients into your diet.
Sometimes the classic flavours are all you need. Blueberries, bananas, and peanut butter work so perfectly with overnight oats, that they are very often my go-to.
Inspired by the warm North African flavours found in Harissa paste (garlic, chilli, and paprika), this smoky traybake is a great way to cook up an impressive dinner with next to no effort.

This is one of my go-to recipes for an easy midweek meal when you want to just bung something in the oven. All you need is tofu, red onions, carrots, cherry tomatoes, Cavolo Nero or kale.
A healthy, plant based tabbouleh with brocolli, pomegranate and spinach.
Perfectly crunchy, chocolatey and all round delicious. These vegan chocolate biscotti make a great Christmas gift of festive snack to dunk in your coffee
A classic Chrismtas condiment, Apple and Cranberry chutney is one of my favourite things to eat with my roast or Boxing Day sandwich. It also makes a thoughtful festive gift!
This dish was inspired from the traditional Indian street food dish, Pineapple Chaat, a tasty side dish you can eat as a stand alone snack or as a refreshing addition to an Indian curry.
An Italian classic and accidentally vegan, bruschetta are such a great option for lunch or as a starter or appetizer. I decided to make these a little different to the classic version by adding some olives, onion and nutritional yeast.
The key thing with bruschetta is to get hold of really fresh high quality ingredients. That means aim for the best seasonal tomatoes you can find making sure they are nice and ripe.
For those that know me know that marmite is one of my favourite spreads. On bread, on cheese on toast, in a sandwich…and on popcorn - why not.
You can’t beat dips. To dollop in a wrap, dip with a carrot, slather in a sandwich or serve as an aperitif when you’re having friends. They are the ultimate party food as they are moreish and so easy to share. This vegan recipe is part of my 5 minute collection, so it’s super easy and takes less than five minutes to put together.
